I've gotten so wrapped up in the past few weeks recording cover songs and my own original songs I found myself getting in a pattern of only playing 4 - 6 songs a nite thus neglecting playing songs that I've been working on perfecting as my back pocket songs, songs I can have memorized, and play on a whim.
As I was going through my set list in my file of "songs" on my computer I stubled on these 4 Blues songs I have meant to record so I'm getting side tracked recording these 4 songs real quick then move on to a seperate live video where I'm going to perform over a dozen songs that were part of my original repetoire. It's worth mention that I added these songs to my set list in 2018 and never really got around to them until now.
I had it or have it in mind that these would be songs ripe for re-writing or changing up the lyrics some to claim as my own songs but in this video I'm performing the songs as they were originally written.
For the record I'm recording myself so I can go back, listen and watch, to find ways to improve on my own performance just sharing live for no real good reason other than it keeps me on my toes.
