Jay-Z wasn’t kidding when he said “Watch the Throne” because it looks like Blue Ivy may be coming for his HOV title.
With Beyonce and Jay-Z as parents Blue is destined to inherit some serious talent and the rap skills are showing first.
Jay-Z shook the internet last week with the release of his 13th studio album, 4:44 that went platinum in just 5 days! A physical edition of the album was released at midnight that includes three bonus songs called “Adnis,” “Blue’s Freestyle/We Family,” and “MaNyfaCedGod.” But it’s Blue Ivy’s rap debut in “Blue’s Freestyle/We Family” that has the internet freaking out. She’s 5 so it’s a little difficult to understand what she’s saying for the first 30 seconds, but then she starts spitting boom shackalacka and all kindergarteners were shook. Check her out:
Are we just going to pretend like 5 year old’s are supposed to have flow like that? She’s a prodigy baby I’m calling it now. This isn’t the first time Blue has been on her superstar parents’ songs. She made her debut on Jay’s 2012 song “Glory,” then again in 2014 on Beyonce’s “Blue.” She’s 5 and already has more impressive song credits than half of the people trying to make it in Los Angeles. Get your life Blue. What do you guys think about Blue’s verse? Sound off in the comment section below, don’t forget to subscribe and then click right over here to listen to Kesha’s comeback single.
