Deep in the irradiated wastelands, the machines of war are stirring once again in the Sierra Army Depot. The once-shattered and demoralized forces of the Enclave are being reunited under one banner. They have not forgotten their crusade: to purge the world of mutants and deviants to make way for humanity's finest under a new American government. But the numerous forces of the New California Republic will surely strike if they were to find the Enclave rearming... how long can we hide in the shadows before we take what is rightfully ours?
