Deep in the irradiated wastelands, a revolutions sparks in the Sierra Army Depot. The once-shattered and demoralized forces of the Enclave are reforming, adapting their views to a harsh new world. They have not forgotten their crusade: to purge the world of mutants and deviants to make way for humanity's finest under a new American government. And it sickens them. Can we persuade the once-genocidal remnants of the Enclave to embrace their fellow mutants and restore a kinder, gentler America?
