Victor: Hi, my name is Victor Sho.

LaShonna: And I'm LaShonna.

Victor: And we are going to teach you some old school hip hop moves. So, now these are some moves that if you are going to some eighties party, you can bust out on the floor, or even if you're at any party, like if you're at a club, or a wedding reception, or at a friends party, a friends house party. You can just bust these old school moves when you hear some old school music. All right, so for the first step we're going to do we are going to put all the weight on our left leg, we're going to hike up our right leg, and then at the same time we're going to push forward our left elbow. Okay? And you're going to do it, one, two. And then you're going to do the same thing, but the opposite. So, you're going to put all of your weight on your right leg, lift up your left leg, and then push forward your right elbow, three, four. So, you're going to do double, double, double, double, single, single and double, double. That's how we're going to do it. On the beat, here we go. Five, six, five, six, seven, go, single, double, single, single. Yeah.

LaShonna: Awesome. The next step that we're going to do is an old school move called The Kid in Play. You can do it by yourself, but it's much better with a partner. So, Victor and I are going to show you The Kid in Play. All right, we're going to face the side, stepping first with our left foot, kick each other with the right, step back, do it again, step forward, and then we step back. This time, one, two, grab, three. Let's just do that much. Ready? Five, six, left foot step, left kick right, and then we step back, left kick right, and then we step back, left, one, two, grab, three. We're going to hop around four times. One, two, three, four, and that's The Kid in Play.

Victor: Are we going to do it together?

LaShonna: Sure.

Victor: Okay. Five, six, five, six, seven . . . Clap, one, two, three, four. All right, and that's The Kid in Play. So, the next move is going to be?

LaShonna: The Humpty Dance.

Victor: Oh! The Humpty Dance. All right. So, this one is super simple. All you're going to do is wave your hands. Your right hand is going this was. Your left hand goes this way. Your right hand goes this way. Your left hand goes this way, and you see, naturally your body is leaning there, right? So, all you have to do now is just bounce. So, you just bounce right here. This is The Humpty Dump Bounce. All right? So, what you want to do now is apply that same motion with your hands with this bounce. Five, six, seven, and one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, and that's how you Humpty Hump. Yeah, old school Humpty Hump.

LaShonna: From the top?

Victor: Yeah.

Lashawna: Let's put all three together . . .

Victor: Yeah.

LaShonna: . . . and pretend that we're at an old school party. All right?

Victor: Yeah.

LaShonna: Here we go. Five, six, seven, eight.

Victor: One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, one . . . and that's how you do all three dances, right there.

LaShonna: Old school.

Victor: Old school moves.
