My Winter Essentials on how I beat the Winter Blues. Although I’ve moved from NYC to sunny los angeles, I’m still experiencing winter symptoms. My winter tips:
1) PLAY WITH BEAUTY PRODUCTS. When I look like crap due to sickness faking it til I make it helps
2) KEEP HYDRATED. Drink plenty of water! I also like to use humidifiers. These things are the best! By keeping my air moisturized it keeps keep my nails, hair, skin intact
3) READ POSITIVE WORDS. I keep my spirits up by reading positive books and words on the fridge
4) GET PHYSICAL. Getting my body in motion keeps me out of my head which for me can be a dark place
5) STUDY. I enjoying challenging myself mind by studying my craft. I have a passion for the arts so I like to keep things new and growing by always learning things I'm passionate about
6) GET OUTSIDE. Getting outside and out of my head is an easy way to stay inspired. I'm involved with my church and make the long commute every Sunday along with my love for biking!
